Your job will be printed to "pleasing color" standards. Due to printer and monitor variations, we cannot guarantee the printed piece will exactly match the colors on your screen or your personal printer.

If your job has defects in workmanship or materials within our control or if we have failed to follow your written instructions, e-mail us for return instructions.

We will begin a reprint at our expense, from your original file upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Please check your proof thoroughly. If we have to reprint due to an error on your part we will discount the total price by 10% to 30%.
